Yoga Classes
Since I got my start in the world of yoga by teaching children and people with special needs, I pride myself on making yoga accessible to all. So, whether you are brand-spanking new to yoga or already an avid practitioner, I will encourage you to move and breathe in a way that is right for you. May main goal as a yoga teacher is to help guide you to become your own teacher.
While I teach a well-rounded movement and breath practice, I also throw in a little coaching along the way. So, while you’re feeling a little more open in your body, you can dive a little deeper into your heart and soul.
I’m a big believer that what we learn on the mat - like presence, connection to breath, trust in the body - can be taken off the mat into our every day life. And that is where the real yoga begins.

Online Yoga
Breathing Room
A 60 minute all-levels yoga class on the last Monday of each month. In this unhurried virtual yoga class, we’ll focus on creating room for breath, ease, and presence. An opportunity to slow down, and reconnect with yourself—without pressure or distraction.
